Rodniki boutique-hotel
The boutique-hotel was built in place of of ex-soviet pioneer camp. The primary project meant to build not only guesthouses but also a 4-storey building with guest rooms, piscine, medical facilities, etc. Now there are only cottages and a public center, all is pretty popular and profitable.
read-about-project
Every guesthouse consists of two de lux apartments: the first one has one bedroom and the second one is a 2-storey apartment with two bedrooms. The apartments are blocked but their entrances and terraces are on opposite sides, so both are private enough. In addition, it is still possible to rent the whole cottage for a big family or a company.
Sloping roofs and use of wooden shingle in combination with modern shape of houses responds to the client idea that it should be contemporary and have some association with Russian tradition and landscape.
