The elongated building consists of three blocks, which differ in the functions and materials of the facade cladding. The southern block contains premises for sports purposes, workshops, innovative laboratories in chemistry, physics and biology, as well as universal classrooms of the basic school. In the western block, on the first three floors, there are premises for an elementary school with a separate entrance, on the 4th floor there are high school classrooms. The northern block houses the cafeteria, auditorium, classrooms for primary and high school, as well as classrooms for music and robotics. Most of the classrooms face east and southeast, while the dining room faces the yard where the training garden is located.
The key principles of organizing the interior of the school are attention to the environment, emphasis on the use of natural light and functionality, the embodiment of which has become the main public space in the central volume. It is a multifunctional atrium, which, with the help of an ergonomic amphitheater, combines the tasks of a recreation area and a forum - a place for meetings or creative events. There is a second amphitheater adjacent to it: it can be used as an additional one - for concerts, and as a platform for discussions at the school library, next to which is a greenhouse.
To create a comfortable multifunctional educational environment that meets modern international standards, the architects of the project focused not only on spatial, but also on landscape tasks. An artificial hill has been created on the site, enriching the seasonal use of the area. An amphitheater is installed at the base of the hill. Thus, it became possible to organize a courtyard for quiet recreation of students, in which it is comfortable to be even in the most windy weather. Another open air public space is the square in front of the main entrance. In addition, volleyball and basketball courts, treadmills, exercise facilities and a gymnastics area will be created on the school grounds.
