FourPoints by Sheraton hotel in Krasnodar
This hotel is a part of a new big city district. Atrium already works on the project of an exhibition center located nearby; there are projects of other architects for a hotel and an apartment building also. The trefoil is a base of the hotel plan. It implies three corridors with guest rooms connected to the public atrium core with elevators.

There is no window-to-window view in guest rooms, at the same time this shape is much more commercially effective than straight “box”. The end of every corridor hosts suites. Only two lowest floors have difference in planning, as there are many public facilities with no need in day light. Therefore, it spreads far and wide giving place for terraces. At the same time one of trefoil parts becomes peak for main entrance.
The sculptural plastic of building is good accent for transport joint nearby. As the whole, the shape replies to the diagonal that car dealership situated on the next site have, at the same time there is interesting pedestrian level view with café windows and terraces.
