Residential quarter Symbol 3rd stage
The third phase of buildings continues to develop the futuristic appearance of the residential area on the former territory of the Serp & Molot factory. Through the complex elaboration of the masterplan, architecture, landscape, and public interiors, our studio creates an artistic statement. The residential quarters do not have a clear orthogonal structure and form a picturesque landscape with a majority of green spaces and graphic street contours.

From the outside, the residential quarter forms a street front with street retail, wide pavements, and bicycle lanes. From the south side, it adjoins the "Green River Park" and visually continues its green landscaping within the residential complex. The buildings are grouped into two large enclosed courtyards with green areas, playgrounds, two integrated kindergartens, fitness places, and other infrastructure for residents.
Each iteration of the project has its own architectural language. The angular geometry of the buildings, combined with the necessity to provide the flats with sufficient light, has resulted in a variety of non-standard apartments, including flats with bay windows and elevated floor heights.
The main accents of the complex are three high-rise buildings with a rounded organic shape clad in mirrored composite panels. Another uniquely shaped high-rise building, facing the Third Ring Road with an all-glass facade, serves as a visual counterpoint to the "Green River Park's" pedestrian route, which runs through the entire area.
The sectional houses are clad in white metal panels; their shape emphasises the tectonics of the facade and visually enhances its plasticity. The buildings inside the residential quarter are finished with clinker bricks in a classic terracotta shade, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
