Apartments in Zhukovka village
The apartment is located on the 6th floor in the garret. The client wanted to have a large program in the space. To win additional area the architects made a small, but important change: made the balcony part of the apartment and moved deeper inside the walls that isolated the low under the roof spaces.

This resulted in additional storage spaces and a comfortable hall joining the master bedroom and the bathroom. Every centimeter of space had to be carefully calculated: where is it comfortable to walk, which drawers can be reached. Meanwhile the balcony became part of the living room.
