Our design aims to find an identity and peculiarity of the place by means of articulation of landscape and its historical traces that form the new urban network. The new city centre is shaped by superposition of different functional, semantic and physical layers that create a comfortable and safe environment with a big range of public spaces, green areas, cultural activities. It offers great opportunities for all types of investors and developers. Our urban intervention will unite different parts of the city, transforming the derelict plot into the diversified city centre of the future.
