Residential complex in Cheboksary
The building is located on the main city embankment near the river station and consists of three residential towers united by a stylobate. The composite volume will become a new symbol of the city and will form an expressive river facade — the silhouette of the city, which opens from the Volga side.

The recognizable, emphatically modern architecture of the complex is intertwined with local cultural traditions and actively borrows its visual language. The design of the facade is dictated by red and white diamond-shaped patterns, which are often found in the Chuvash national costume. The dynamic image of the towers is based on khushpu — festive pyramid-shaped headdresses.
The high-altitude volumes are deployed taking into account the most spectacular views of the Volga and the central streets of Cheboksary. Due to the three-dimensional composition, each floor has a unique layout. A panoramic restaurant can be located on the top floor. The stylobate of the building houses commercial premises and a sports and recreation complex. The complex is equipped with two parking lots: underground and street.
Thus, the complex embodies the aspiration to the future, Cheboksary's desire to participate in changing the world and conform to the spirit of the times. At the same time, the project reflects cultural identity, rethinks local traditions, develops them through architecture and thereby helps to form a new urban identity.
