speaker
Anton Nadtochiy

In Riyadh, at the heart of one of the most ambitious urban projects of the 21st century, the panel discussion Building Sustainable Cities: Russian-Saudi Cooperation in Infrastructure and Construction took place on 1 December. The event brought together architects, urban planners, investors and representatives of government bodies — all those shaping the cities of tomorrow.

Russia was represented at the event by Anton Nadtochiy, Founder and Chief Architect of ATRIUM. In his speech, Anton outlined the potential of the Russian architectural school as an important partner in the implementation of the Kingdom’s strategic urban initiatives.

Russian architects, especially those working in Moscow’s complex and dynamic environment, already have strong expertise that allows them to address large-scale professional challenges successfully and creatively. Our design experience in Central Asia and the MENA region also enables us to take part in major international projects, including ambitious initiatives such as the development of the urban environment in Saudi Arabia. We are ready to offer contemporary, technologically advanced architectural solutions today, taking into account local specifics and cultural codes, and responding to the strategic goals of the Kingdom and the cooperation between our countries.
