- Green River Park in the Symbol Residential Complex
From the very beginning, the territory of the former SERP & MOLOT (Hammer and Sickle) factory was planned as a new urban oasis, extending the landscaped public zones along the Yauza River and Lefortovo Park. This is how the Green River began to flow between the contemporary residential quarters: an accessible urban park whose main landmark is an unusual vehicular and pedestrian bridge supported by “planter” columns.

Ostrov named Best Business-Class Project in the International REPA 2026
The twelfth quarter of the Ostrov project is the first development in the northern part of the Mnevnikovskaya Floodplain. Its first phase, with a total area of more than 73,000 sq m, consists of four buildings ranging from 10 to 22 storeys and comprising 518 apartments.

In the Zahra’a Al-Falak masterplan for Abu Dhabi, ATRIUM explores this question through the principle of Open-Code Urbanism. Covering 5,000 hectares and designed for 592,000 residents, the new city is organised as a system of 15 specialised zones.
