The first phase of the twelfth quarter of the Ostrov project received the main award in the international Residential Complex: Business Class category.

Ostrov named Best Business-Class Project in the International REPA 2026
The twelfth quarter of the Ostrov project is the first development in the northern part of the Mnevnikovskaya Floodplain. Its first phase, with a total area of more than 73,000 sq m, consists of four buildings ranging from 10 to 22 storeys and comprising 518 apartments.
