Four housing typologies were proposed for the development of a new district in the near Moscow Region. All are characterised by a relatively high density, determined by the client’s requirements.

Only one typology stands apart in this respect: it is located closer to the neighbouring cottage development and belongs to a higher residential class. These are three-storey buildings with pitched roofs. The differences between the remaining buildings are shaped by the ambition to create a varied urban environment within the district. Tower blocks mark the internal squares, while elongated buildings form the rhythm of the streets through differently articulated bay windows.
